On Wednesday we released an update to Igloo to introduce a number of significant user experience enhancements to the platform and continue with bug fixes. Key enhancements include:
- A new WYSIWYG editor - As a part of building a great new publishing experience, we launched an all-new WYSiWYG editor across the platform. Among the highlights - easier image and video management, text controls, and tables. Check it out here.

This is an important notification of an upcoming platform upgrade that involves downtime to your Igloo community.
The Production Upgrade Window is scheduled for September 21, 2016 between 9:00 pm – September 22, 2016 1:00 amUS Eastern Standard Time.
During this downtime period, you will not have access to your Igloo community and all users will see an offline page if attempting to access or use your community. Although the actual period of downtime could be shorter, you should prepare for a downtime period of 4 hours during the Production Upgrade Window.
