**IMPORTANT REMINDER – SCHEDULED DOWNTIME on Monday July 4, 2016**
The Production Upgrade Window is scheduled for July 4, 2016 between 8:00pm – July 5, 2016 12:00am US Eastern Standard Time.
During this period, you will not have access to your Igloo community. Igloo users will see offline pages during the downtime period.
Although the actual period of downtime could be shorter, you should prepare for a downtime period of 4 hours during the Production Upgrade Window.
What actions do I need to take?
As an administrator, there are no actions required specific to the upgrade itself. It is recommended that you remind users about the upgrade and publish all necessary changes to the platform prior to the Production Upgrade Window.

Please ensure Igloo users:
- Publish all necessary changes to the platform in advance of the downtime period
- Avoid scheduling any publishing or workflow tasks during the downtime period
