Possible slow downs
Hello Everyone,
Tonight our Database development team will be preforming maintenance on our database. The goal of the maintenance is to imrpove database preformance and speed up platform access. It is possible that the platform will slow down during this maintenance. We expect the slow downs to last no longer then an hour and a half.

April 6th is a statutory holiday in Ontario
The IGLOO Offices and support will be closed on Friday April 6th.
We will resume normal operations on Monday April 9th.
IGLOO will be performing emergency server maintenance to correct a configuration issue that is affecting performance Tonight (Tuesday, March 27, 2012) from 12AM – 2AM ET.
We are heading offline this evening at 12AM ET to perform emergency server maintenance. During this time, you will be unable to access your site.
The purpose of this maintenance window is to upgrade your service instance to new hardware. We expect only a short interruption (30 Minutes or less), but will post further updates here as needed.
The maintenance previously scheduled for Saturday March 31 will continue as planned, but the duration will be shorter as a result of today's downtime.

In striving to achieve our compliance with the new CSAE 3416, we will be conducting planned server maintenance and testing on Saturday, March 31, 2012 from 10 AM to 2 PM ET. This is designed to improve our availability for all users.

A known issue is affecting users ability to export calendar events in IE and SSL

A number of users have reported that they are unable to export calendar events in IE once their community has SSL enabled. This only affects users that are using IE as their browser.
After having our development team investigate the issue to see what we can do on our end our development team has reached a dead end. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to correct this issue on our side that wouldn't seriously compromise the platform or security.

In October of this year, IGLOO achieved SAS70 Type I compliance, meaning our internal controls were audited by a third-party firm. This is above and beyond our data center security practices which are PCI DSS, SAS70 and CICA 5970 (Type II) certified.
