Emergency Server Maintenance – March 27, 2012

IGLOO will be performing emergency server maintenance to correct a configuration issue that is affecting performance Tonight (Tuesday, March 27, 2012) from 12AM – 2AM ET.
We are heading offline this evening at 12AM ET to perform emergency server maintenance. During this time, you will be unable to access your site.
The purpose of this maintenance window is to upgrade your service instance to new hardware. We expect only a short interruption (30 Minutes or less), but will post further updates here as needed.
The maintenance previously scheduled for Saturday March 31 will continue as planned, but the duration will be shorter as a result of today's downtime.

Question - do you know the exact time bracket for the downtime on Saturday?
10 AM to 2 PM ET is what is officially booked with our datacenter. The exact timeline for the maintence is unfortunatly unknowable until we get in there and start working. All of our time estimates include a margin of error to prevent going over.
