We will be having some down time for scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
Aug 27,2011 from 10am to 2pm ET
Maintenance will be a complete outage for approximately 4 hours.
Will be upgrading our SAN software, adding another database server to help performance issues, update the load balancer software, patch Microsoft server admin functions and upgrade firewall software.
This should improve preformance for all users and ensure stability and security moving forward.

We have been able to put a hotfix in place to get Firefox 5 working for our clients. We will continue in our efforts to support the latest browsers.
- Do not upgrade to FireFox 5
We here at IGLOO like FireFox. We had our QA team upgrade to the latest version of Firefox and test it out and we determined that it is not completely compatible.
We have discovered an issue similar to an issue in Internet Explorer 9 where a user will not be able to access their community. Once logged if a Users session times out and they navigate away from the community when they come back to the community page they may be greated by a redirect error that prevents them from accessing the…
IGLOO Software will be releasing a new version of our software in July, one of the major changes is browser support.

IGLOO will be releasing a new version of our product this July. In this release we will be supporting Internet Explorer 9. We also hope to support Google's Chome 11 as well as Apple's Safari version 5.

Spam attack on Support by user Sylvia Kelvin
Please disregard any posts or messages made by the user Sylvia Kelvin we have removed her from the site and are cleaning up the site. If you notice any remaining posts of comments by the user please inform me.
I am now working to implement tighter controls on users allowed into the community in an effort to prevent this from happening again.

When sharing items on Facebook some users titles are appearing as "Cookies must be Allowed"
When sharing items on Facebook some users titles are appearing as "Cookies must be Allowed"
I just wanted everyone to know we are working to correct this issue with Facebook sharing. In the interim you can edit the auto title with the proper title that you would like to use in your facebook post.
This issue should be corrected in the next release.
