The Igloo service will be offline on July 31st between 9:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. ET for Igloo's summer release, Wolf.
Igloo's summer release, Wolf, is approaching and we want togive you advanced notice of the scheduled downtime that this release will require.
Scheduled downtime:
Date: Friday July 31, 2015
Approximate time: 9:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
(ET) During this time, your users will receive a message stating that service is undergoing maintenance if they attempt to log in to Igloo.
Keep an eye out on our blogs over the next week for more details on what to expect in the new release.
The Igloo offices will be closed on Wednesday, July 1st for a national statutory holiday. Regular service will return on Thursday.
In anticipation of our sky being filled with beautiful and elaborate pyrotechnic displays, the Igloo office will be closed on Wednesday July 1st. We shall be spending the day hoping that the rain will stop, that the winds will die down, and that the mosquitoes will go away long enough for us to enjoy the fireworks.
Regular service will resume on Thursday.

The Igloo offices will be closed on Monday, May 18th for a national statutory holidays. Regular service will return on Tuesday.
Across the frozen north, snow is melting and plants are making tentative forays into turning green and blooming. To celebrate the brief departure of snow and Ice, Canada will be having a long weekend in which we, at Igloo, will be participating.
The Igloo offices will be closed from Friday, April 3rd through Monday, April 6th for statutory and provincial holidays. Regular service will return on Tuesday.
In order to defend against the annual invasion of egg-laying rabbits, the Igloo offices will be locked down for an extended weekend. We will be closed on Friday, April 3rd, while we bunker down and hide from the torrent of bunnies, and Monday April 6th in order to clean up the swath of colored eggs left in their wake.

Approximate Time: 10:00 to 10:30 p.m. ET
The Igloo offices will be closed on Monday February 16th for a Statutory holiday. Regular service will return on Tuesday.
As mandated by the Ontario Government, we will be closed on Monday, February 16th, to allow enough time for our employees to treck through the frozen wastes to their ancestral homes. There they will engage in feasting, shoveling of snow, and complaining about the weather, as is tradition.

Viking invades tonight!
Our first upgrade of 2015, Viking, is being released tonight. There will be periods of downtime between 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. ET while the update is applied across all environments and your users will receive a message stating that the Igloo service is unavailable.

The Igloo service will be offline on November 28th for approximately 15 minutes in order to complete scheduled maintenance and updates.
With winter fast approaching, we need to get our servers dressed for the weather (and prepared for our winter release). We'll be shutting them down on November 28th for approximately 15 minutes to get them all bundled up with scarves, woolly mitts and an infrastructure update.

Undead updates, spooky upgrades, and creepy bug fixes. Also up to four hours of downtime.
Igloo is conducting planned system updates and bug fixes. This has nothing to do with Halloween, but everything that happens in late October needs a spooky theme. During the upgrade window, your users will receive a message stating that the Igloo service is unavailable.
