The Igloo service will be offline on November 28th for approximately 15 minutes in order to complete scheduled maintenance and updates.

With winter fast approaching, we need to get our servers dressed for the weather (and prepared for our winter release). We'll be shutting them down on November 28th for approximately 15 minutes to get them all bundled up with scarves, woolly mitts and an infrastructure update.

Date: Friday, November 28, 2014
Planned Downtime: 15 minutes
Approximate Time: Between 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. ET

I got a little confused. Is it down for only 15 minutes or from 9pm-1am?

Yes it will be a 15 minute outage within that window.
