I second this. When acknowledging the fantastic work done by a team, identifying every individual can be too time-consuming. It would be really beneficial for our community to be able to @mention a group. 

John Tauzin‍ is this something that has been captured as a feature request? Though, to add to this request, I think it would be valuable to limit who has this authority so multiple users aren't constantly spammed with notifications. So maybe creating a member group with this permission would be helpful.
