Hi,
Is it possible to export a complete article as a formatted PDF? We maintain our process control documents as Wiki articles and we regularly need to send a copy of this or that policy/procedure to customers.
It would be really great if there was an export to PDF button that would download a PDF that was formatted just like the article in the Wiki?
Thanks

Hi Alex Mattos - it is not currently possible to export a complete article as a formatted PDF, however this is a request we've heard several times so it is on our radar as a future improvement.
I will second Alex's idea. We have several "how to" articles that have been requested to print out or email to a customer or an employee.
One workaround we've found is if you click on the wiki article itself - i.e. click somewhere in the copy on that page. And then click control +P, and then view as PDF - on our community that shows only what is in the article.
I'd like to third this idea, and not just for Wiki articles, but for forum posts as well. We use the template feature in forums to create forms for our users, which we need to print to place in hardcopy personnel files. We also use them for gradebooks and meeting minutes. The ability to export and/or print as a PDF would be lifesaving.
I agree with this as well. It would allow us to move away from embedding PDFs in wiki pages.
