Hi Bogdan Morun‍ 

When I print by clicking on the printer icon from a document preview screen, the printout looks like a slightly stretched out image of the document. When on Internet Explorer, it looks significantly zoomed in. Please see attached images:

  1. original document
  2. scan of printout from preview window on Chrome
  3. scan of printout from preview window on Internet Explorer

Is there a solution to this?

My end users are experiencing similar situations...if they try to print the document from the preview window, they also get URL details at the bottom of the screen. I have advised them to download the document and print from the PDF viewer locally to get around this. Kind of a hassle, but it works.
