DNS issues with Network Solutions.
Right now there a possibility of an outage due to our DNS provider, network solutions. There will be no slow downs just potential for issues with accessing your communities at their assigned URL's and logging into the IGLOO Platform.
To compensate we are increasing the DNS cache from 1hr to 4hrs for domains.
Network Solutions has assured us they are working to resolve the issue and hope to have it resolved shortly.

Dear Igloo customers,
We are happy to notify you, that the Igloo platform is now operating at normal capacity. Our technical teams discovered via our logs that the issue affecting performance was due to a faulty MS SQL database service. We are in contact with Microsoft regarding this issue and are investigating possible fixes to prevent this issue happening in the future.
We thank you for your patience and understanding as we worked through this 3rd party issue.
Dear IGLOO Customers,
We are currently experiencing technical difficulties in our data center which is affecting performance of our cloud-based social business platform. Our technical and data center teams are currently researching and evaluating the problem. Customer support is on call and will be providing updates on a regular basis as we know more.
Our goal is to have this issue resolved in a timely fashion. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
We will have about 10 minutes of downtime tonight to correct some slowdowns we have been having today with the platform.
