The Igloo platform experienced a short period of downtime this afternoon due to an unexpected hardware failure. Our Data Centre team responded immediately and performed unscheduled maintenance to fix the issue. All systems are now fully operational and no further downtime is expected.

Is there a reason why these types of notifications aren't sent to us via email?
We have a general vendor alerts email address for these types of notifications and it would be helpful to have these messages delivered to the inbox.

Yes, it would be very helpful to recieve some type of notification in the rare circumstance that there is a sysatem issue. Email or text message would be great.
