Issue:

Our monitoring indicated that there are intermittant issues withDNS.  We followed up with Network Solutions, who hosts our domain DNS, and they have arecorded message indicating that they are aware of the issue andare working on it.  Network Solutions is one of the biggest leaderswith respect to internet domains.

This issue is not specific to IGLOO and you may encounter itwhen surfing the web in general.

Who is affected:

Customers who have their DNS hosted by Network Solutions or ifyou are using one of IGLOO's domains, example; www.yourname.iglooclubs.com, www.yourname.igloocommunities.com,etc.

Workaround:

We have not yet experienced the issue so at this time we canonly suggest that you either need to refresh your browser or wait afew minutes and try again.
