Igloo is working to improve our documentation, communication, and learning resources for you. In order to make room for these improvements, we are doing a major overhaul of the Customer Care community.
This is a preview of what you will see on the updated site, as well as a guide to access these resources easily.
The homepage will be simplified considerably, helping you find what you need quickly, and navigate more easily on a mobile browser.
The first link on the homepage will bring you to our updated knowledge base. This has been rebuilt from scratch based on feedback from clients. The biggest change that you will notice is that we have broken up the articles based on your needs.
If you’re new to the platform, or just looking for a quick overview of some aspects of Igloo, there are introductory articles available.
If you’re looking for more detail, we have broken out articles on what you can do with each item under “Features.” If you want to know how to set something up and what options exist for customization, check out the “Configuration” section. Finally, if you’re looking for extra information such as known issues, unusual use cases, and useful tricks, the “Advanced” area will hold what you seek.
If you’re looking for the forums and blogs, you can reach them through the “Community” link on the homepage or in the footer at the bottom of any location within the site. All of your new and old discussions will be housed here along with various blogs showing you technical announcements and tips and tricks for using Igloo.
The final major section in the site is the training video area. Here you will find a regularly updated collection of tutorial videos designed to help you learn to use most of the major features of the Igloo platform.
We’re looking forward to the changeover. The cosmetic changes and reorganization are just the start, as well. There will be more material being added continuously providing resources for new users, content creators, and administrators.
Hope you like it as much as we do!
