With December upon us, it's a good time for all of us to reflect on the year and be thankful for what we have accomplished. In our final update of 2017 next week, we are bringing some requested enhancements to our portfolio of integrations that refine the user experience and simplify cloud file workflows. Let's take a look at what we're rolling out. 

Improved SIgn On Experience

You will notice an improved sign-on experience for integrations, starting with a redesigned login UX that makes it easier to identify the integration that you have on the space or page. We have also enhanced the way sessions are handled - meaning that you will no longer have to re-authenticate after the session expires. This means that you will be able to login once, and the session will refresh after expiry, which will eliminate the need to re-authenticate with the integration during the course of a work day. The improved sign on timeout has been rolled out across Box, OneDrive for Business, Office 365 Calendar, Sharepoint Online, Org Chart (Azure AD), and Salesforce (excluding chatter), with additional enhancements to come shortly in the new year.

Online File Editing

This is a big upgrade that has been a top request from everyone who uses our cloud file sync and share integrations with Box, Dropbox, Office 365 and Google - the ability to click on a file and edit online. We're happy to announce that it's here - the workflow now is greatly enhanced, allowing you to quickly make file updates right from your Igloo community. Instead of downloading the file directly, clicking on a cloud file link from any of our third-party file sync integrations will open that file in the corresponding online editor as outlined below:

Platform Improvements

The Igloo platform will be upgraded next week with a number of significant improvements. Optimizations for images, final infrastructure build out for our new mobile app launch in Q1 and additional enhancements to optimize the performance and functionality of our new editor are on the way.
