Meet Ryan! He is the newest member of our support team, and you'll see a lot of him around. He'll be helping to respond to your forum posts, answer your questions, and keeping everybody informed here on our support blogs. Ryan is a man of many talents, and comes from a background in software support in education.

You may have noticed that Sorena's friendly face has vanished from our support team. She has moved to a new role within Igloo, where she is going to continue to be awesome, so wish her luck!

On that note, Ryan is already jumping in with both feet, so expect to see more of him very soon!
