We know that trust is built upon rock solid product quality, timely communication, and transparency in the way we make decisions. 

We have discovered a number of issues during testing of the latest release that have impacted our ability to release a high quality update on October 19. We have made the decision to add extra testing cycles to ensure that the latest update is available with the quality that you expect from Igloo. As such, the October update will go live in your Igloo community on October 26 instead of October 19 as previously announced.

Our iterative development process is designed to release consistent and timely updates to the Igloo platform, with built in safeguards to ensure quality. While we know this delay may have impact to you, we wanted to take the extra time to ensure a high quality release on October 26.
