Reviewing the discussions that arise in both this forum and the 'Ask a Question' forum we're going to begin the process of locking down this forum and directing people to the 'Ask a Question' forum.  We are doing this to simplify the discovery and management of this type of content.

Existing content will remain, but submitting new content in this forum will no longer be possible after May 19th will no longer be possible.
If you have any questions, please reply to this thread before then.  Alternatively support does actively monitor the 'Ask a Question' forum.
