We were able to spend some time with Lawrence, Cindy, and Tom this afternoon and go over our progress. They are much, much more comfortable with the capabilities of the platform based on the examples we were able to review and discuss, which was exactly what Brent and I were shooting for.
Next steps:
- Team Leads will collect their department resources that they interact with on a weekly basis
- Lawrence will review material and collaborate with us on interaction model most appropriate for content type
- Migrate content from our network drive
- Schedule brief working meeting with Team Leads and YES Champions from department
- Deliver 'Train the Trainer' session, shooting for week of October 3, mid-week
- Shoot for launch week of October 10
Additional question:
What can we do to obscure the messaging features, if not disable them? We really want to focus all interaction around the content in a visible way, and for communication between individuals to fall under our data retention and supervision policies.
