To keep our systems running at optimum performance and maintain our uptime standards IGLOO routinely performs maintenance. Our maintenance is typically unnoticed by our customers but certain elements may require interruption to your service. We make every attempt to minimize the impact to our customers by selecting a time that statistically is low in usage.
This release contains database maintenance as well as user interface updates including the ability for Administrators to export their membership list (including email addresses) to a csv file, the addition of spell checker in the editor has been applied to comments and others. During the maintenance window, Thursday, September 24 2009, 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM EDT we will be doing a series of platform improvements to enhance performance, reliability and scalability for the future. The upgrade of some database systems will require a 30 minute procedure, during which IGLOO services are expected to be offline, you can expect a maintenance message during that time.
