Maintenance Window - Saturday August 14, 2010

Please be aware that IGLOO Inc. has scheduled a maintenance window for Saturday August 14, 2010 between the hours of 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM ET.
At IGLOO Software, we are continually enhancing and improving our online community and social software solutions based on your feedback and recommendations. To find out more about the exciting new enhancements in this release, please take a moment and read our Product News blog.
This upgrade will happen on Saturday August 14, 2010, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM EST. Please note that this is a major feature upgrade and will require a larger than normal maintenance window to complete the necessary updates. We are expecting a 4 hour outage between 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM EST, during which all IGLOO communities will be offline. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause - but we believe it will be worth it! There is also a scheduled backup date of August 18th, 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM just in case.
