For customers that use Active Directory to manage user identities, we have some great news. Our LDAP sync tool now automatically populates the I Report To field in a user profile with the manager field from Active Directory. This change eliminates the need to manually update user profiles, providing a more efficient way of managing organizational changes within Igloo.
