This year we saw customer attendees from corporate communications, HR, IT, internal communications, knowledge management, and digital transformation professionals, and offered a compelling line up of industry experts and keynote speakers.
At Igloo we love our customers, and we wanted to recognize those who really caught our attention with the innovations they've used for their digital workplace. We presented awards for Best Digital Workplace, Best Overall Workplace, Digital Workplace Transformation Trailblazer, and Best Digital Workplace Champion.

Futurist, best-selling author, and speaker, Jacob Morgan, spoke to attendees about how engaging employees can have a strong influence on shaping the core of your workplace, and enhancing employee experience and productivity. In this post-presentation interview, he talks to us about the 3 key ingredients for a great Employee Experience.
Les Ottolenghi, CIO of Caesar’s Entertainment, provided a look into the world of the Internet of Things, big data, cybersecurity and more, and how Igloo partners with them to drive the results they expect.
Ranjit Sidhu, President & CEO of the National Council for Community and Education Partnerships spoke about how his organization is leveraging digital transformation to increase access to higher education for economically disadvantaged students.
Attendees were treated to a special keynote closing performance by songwriter, singer, and speaker, James Dean Hicks. With over seven #1 songs and over 150 of his own songs that have been recorded by award-winning artists, James provided delegates with a memorable musical performance.
But the fun carried into our evenings as well. Monday night had a welcome reception in the SKYE lounge with guest musician Aubrey Grant, and a guided pub crawl through the heart of Nashville on Tuesday, where guests, partners, and Igloo staff were able to network and exchange digital workplace stories.
“ICE ’17 was by all accounts, a tremendous success and I feel we’ve set a very high bar for ourselves for next year,” said Dan Latendre, Founder & CEO, Igloo Software. “Attendance and general interest in the event exceeded our initial projections, we made major product and partnership announcements, launched new programs and resources for our partners and customers, and received overwhelmingly positive feedback from all delegates.”
ICE ’17 may have just past, but ICE ’18 is not far away. Make sure to sign up for updates on next year’s conference at www.icebyigloo.com. We’re looking forward to seeing all of you there.
