Q: I’m the community administrator for our company’s Igloo. How do I reset a password?
A: You don't. Simply put: Igloo accounts stick to the user, not the community. If a member forgets their password, they can follow our 'password reset’ instructions to have a reset link sent to their email.

Q: I don’t get it. What’s the difference between a page and a space?
A: Pages are places to collect and present content. Administrators can create pages and use widgets to showcase information from other areas of the community.

Spaces are typically created when a subgroup of people (e.g., managers) need their own area to collaborate. Spaces can be controlled by a set of permissions different than the ones associated with the page that it’s on. Think of a space like a room that has a “staff only” sign on the door, only certain people are allowed to enter.
