What's the difference between a space and a page?

Pages and spaces are similar in that they both collect and present content. Spaces, however, have an added level of administration allowing you to give a team or department leader complete control over their area. They can design and organize the space according to their needs – including layout, navigation, permissions, and channels – and then create a template so it can be easily duplicated.

Your Igloo comes with a certain number of spaces (based on your contract). You can set up extra spaces for $4/space/month – just ask your account manager.

Is there an easy way to share documents with external vendors?

Yes, with Igloo Integrations, you can access file sharing apps like Dropbox, Google Drive, and Office 365 right inside your Igloo. That means you can upload files for your customers, partners, or agencies without having to switch between views.

How can I encourage people to visit our site?

There are lots of creative ways to make your site sticky. Here are a few: 1) Post engaging content on a regular basis, 2) Suggest common tasks that can be completed in the intranet (vs. email) 3) Give kudos to your active users to keep them engaged, and 4) Host contests, challenges, and other fun activities to bring your lighter users on board.
