The New Igloo HQ
We believe employees should love where they work and an engaging and lively intranet is part of that. A really cool office space helps, too. The Igloo team grew 70% in 2014, so naturally, we needed more room to move around. Besides, you should only have to share armrests in movie theatres and airplanes, right?
At long last, we are happily settled into our new digs on 55 King St. W. in Kitchener, Ontario. Designed for maximum collaboration and creativity, it's given us a jolt of energy to do even greater things and continue to build our partnership with you.
If you’re in the neighborhood, we’d love your company at our upcoming office opening celebration. You’ll have a chance to see our new space, meet some Igloo-ites and indulge in delicious food and craft beer.
Let's Get Engaged
Best case scenario: you’ve launched your intranet and you can barely handle all the traffic. People can’t seem to get enough of your communication and collaboration genius. Worst case scenario: crickets.
While we hope it’s not “literal crickets” as one of our training guys, Ryan calls it, we imagine you may be trying to find ways to keep your people coming back. That’s why we created a handy guide to help you increase engagement in your community. It’s called 15 Things You Can Do With Your Intranet and if you ask nicely (or simply click that link), it’s all yours.

Your Questions, Answered
Our latest release introduced a lot of new features to our platform, so we asked our product experts to weigh in on the most popular questions about Wolf.
What’s a ‘task template’? I’ve used task lists before, but not sure how this is any different.
Now you can save a task list that you use often as a template for future use. You can have multiple task templates in a channel within your community, making standard processes and projects much more manageable.
Now that pages can contain more than one content type, why would I need spaces?
We love this new capability, but we still love spaces. Unlike Pages, Spaces can have their own administrators, you can create a secondary navigation and you can easily clone the structure to create other Spaces.
Not everyone on my team has Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator so it's difficult to review creative files. Is there a solution?
Yes! You can now view most file types with our inline preview tool including Adobe creative suite files. This makes it easier to provide feedback on creative projects. Check out the full list of file types here.
